Reports coming in that two underground stations have been evacuated due to a fire on a train.

Two London Underground stations have been evacuated after reports of a fire on board a Tube train.

A man reportedly shouted ‘get off the train’ over the tannoy as people were evacuated at Highbury and Islington station.

Highbury and Islington has been closed, as well as nearby Finsbury Park.

TfL said the Victoria line has been hit with severe delays as a result of the incident, which they described as a ‘faulty train’....

A Victoria line train had dragging brakes, lots of smoke produced but no fire. LFB gave the all clear soon after attending.

Do 09 Stock (and more generally LU/NR units in general) brakes have proving back to the onboard computers?
