Does anyone know what happened to the class 150 outside Newton abbot this afternoon that was reportedly on fire?

Class 150 bogie fire near former Aller Junction, Newton Abbot.
The 1148 Penzance-Exeter has come to a stand near the former Aller Junction near Newton Abbot. Flames and smoke have been seen from one of the bogies and the traincrew using extinguishers to put out the flame before the fire brigade arrived. A friend has just sent some photos.
