Just saw this on Traksy, I’m assuming it’s because of the wildfires fires having or it’s a fire specifically on the railway?

It's been 'shut' since the fire.
Working on single platform at Stourbridge Jn, the last I heard.

Believe unstable structure next to / near the line to be root cause, as result of fire damage.

There's been some fires recently which damaged houses, and transpires, damaged some railway infrastructure too, so the line between Stourbridge and Kidderminster was closed off last week.

There was a large wildfire in the area that started last Thursday, which caused significant damage to the railway between Stourbridge and Hagley (as well as a number of homes).

It was extinguished over the weekend but NR expect it to be closed until this Saturday while they make the necessary repairs.

Bit more info and a few photos here

I thought WMR was running an extremely limited service from what I saw earlier on their social media or has that now been suspended?

They still are running a reduced service (terminating at Stourbridge Jn and returning towards Birmingam Snow Hill / Moor Street direction).
