Finding out running times of past trains

Need to submit a claim about the lateness of a train, and could do with the 'official' time of arrival of a couple of trains last week.

Does anyone know how to access past running times? They must be stored on a database somewhere, but is this accessible to the general public?

I believe that the system called TRUST stores the running times of the past week or so, however it is only accessible to rail staff. If you post which train you want to know about someone will probably be able to access it and tell you.
