Hi all..

Before i get the generic search through the top answer for the dmi I have done some research myself and I have sone what of an idea as to what I need to know..

I have my dmi with GWR soon and I just wanted to get a few more tips and advice from people in the know or those who have done it recently

As stated I have had a look through some of the links from before..but a few were a little old links and some were some what vague so I wanted to try and get some up too date info..

Any advice or pointers would be hugely appreciated

Most interviews are competency based, questions along the lines of name a time when you have......
You will also most likely be asked why you want to work for the company, what you know about the company and why you want to do the role (I always go with it being a position of great responsibility and that it's a career I see my current skill set fitting whilst being able to challenge myself and learn new skills). Just saying it's your dream job isn't good enough.
