I have just been given a date for my final drivers selection interview with South Western Railway at Fratton. I am a bit unsure what to expect. And it's prettt soon. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Research non technical skills that's the big subject the industry is obsessed with at the moment. Try to explain how your social life would never impact your work life. Being T-total is always a good thing to say.

Non Technical skills listed on the rssb website. Get examples of previous jobs/experiences where you have used these skills.

Cheers guys, I have been a shunter for 2 years now and on permanent nights which has been good. But easy with shift work. And hardly ever drink so no problems there. I mainly got the shunter job as I was ex REME (tank mechanic). Just reading up on company stuff, stock and routes.
