Final assessment and interview for train manager with gwr

Hi,

can anyone give me advice as to what to expect for the final assessment, I understand there is a group based activity followed by an individual. If successful then there is an interview.

If anyone could share their experiences and advice I would be grateful.

Can't help but just interested to know.... what do you mean by 'final' assessment? Isn't there only one assessments day or is there multiple days? Thanks

I'm in the same boat. I have my assessment day on Thursday.

This will be the second assement day. The first day was made up of the concentration and ticketing tasks.
