Vaguely following the DLR B23 Stock thread, would I be correct in thinking that the best option next week would be going to a station between Woolwich and Stratford International and just hoping that one turns up?

In terms of seeing the New Measurement Train, is this thread still correct on there being a four-weekly cycle, and were this (3Q58 21:18 31 August Derby Rtc to Newcastle) and this service (3Q59 23:47 1 September Newcastle to Derby Rtc) it, making 29 September the date it's next scheduled to be in Newcastle? Edit: I've also found 1Q37 18:35 21 September Newcastle to Derby Rtc, without knowing how likely it is to run.

I am still just trying to go for all passenger classes without generally bothering about freight (or others); in this case, I saw it at Shrewsbury yesterday without being able to get a good photograph.

The DLR B23 didn't stay off of my list for long post-(re)introduction, despite having a relatively long wait at King George V (half an hour, and I saw another one passing around Stratford High Street, so I think I just missed one).

Third time lucky for TfW 230s, and thankfully getting to Bidston around fifteen minutes before one showed up rather than having just missed one. Two each for Northern and ScotRail to go until whatever's next (2024 Tube stock?) enters passenger service.

My Hull to York train today was thankfully a 155, so, barring very poor luck at Partick, I'll have everything as far as passenger rolling stock is concerned ticked off next week.

What would be the best ticket combination for the following (on a Saturday, with a 16-25 railcard)?

901 ClydeFlyer Greenock to Bogston
Bogston to Gourock
901 ClydeFlyer Gourock to Wemyss Bay
Wemyss Bay to Glasgow Central
Central Glasgow to Partick return (preferably having the choice between ScotRail and Subway)

I've come up with
McGill's Inverclyde Day Saver (£5.35-£6.20, depending on student verification)
Bogston – Gourock anytime day single (£2.65. The return price being exactly the same as the single via BR Fares isn't something I doubt, but feels wrong)
Wemyss Bay – Bishopton anytime day single (£4.85)
Strathclyde Roundabout (£7.70)
Total: £20.55-£21.40
