I've got a final interview with FGW this week for the role of Train Manager. This apparently comprises of a group discussion and an interview.
Would anyone be able to shed any light at all on the content of the interview - IE what I can prepare for - and the group discussion? I've heard it has changed over the last year or two. I've already done a lot of prep on the company and the wider group, and have prepared some answers to situations and other questions that could arise.
Also, it says the event will last from 08:45-14:30. I'm guessing it wouldn't be this long, does anyone know if the group discussion will be done first and then candidates interviewed in alphabetical order?
