FGW ticket collection machine at St Pancras Intl?

Does anybody of the rail experts here know where one can collect First Great Western tickets at St Pancras International?
We have booked a journey with FGW from London to Bath, including transfer by tube from St Pancras Intl to Paddington. According to our booking confirmation we are supposed to collect our tickets from a FGW self-service ticket collection machine at St Pancras Intl, but the strange thing is that St Pancras Intl is not on the list of stations with FGW ticket machines on the FGW website, and the location of the machine isn't shown there either. We don't have much time at the station, so it would be very helpful to know in advance where that machine is or where else we can get our tickets. The FGW service and the station service don't seem to be able to tell us, so you are our last hope

Hello Ceri, and welcome to the forums!
When you purchase a ticket online in the UK, with any of the operating companies, you can pick it up from any fast-ticket collection machine in the country, no matter what the operator. The machines in St Pancras can be found in either of the domestic ticket offices, which are located next to the entrance to the low level platforms. Follow signs for 'First Capital Connect' trains, and the ticket offices are located right next to the entrance to these platforms. The following map also shows this. The ticket office is located next to unit 17a on here.

Could we also collect them in the Eurostar ticket office then or is that not a domestic one? Because we will arrive by Eurostar and have to catch the tube half an hour later, and according to the map the Eurostar ticket office would be on our way and 17a in the opposite direction ...

Just to clarify for others who may be reading this topic.

Not all Fast-ticket machines are connected to the reservations network and pretty obviously those machines that aren't, do not allow passengers to collect their tickets. This is certainly the case with many of the machines on the Southern Region I have found.

But for the OP, they will have no problems at St Pancras.

Unfortunately not, as Eurostar ticket office and machines only deal with Eurostar (they tend very much to keep themselves to themselves!)

All the FCC machines at St Pancras International you can collect any tickets from, regardless of the station you selected to pick them up from on the Trainline.

I screwed up when there was winter weather calling trains off earlier in the year and forgot to collect tickets at Luton Airport Parkway, but collected them at the FCC machine.

Sadly not -they deal with E* only. You'll have to use the FCC machines to pick your onwards tickets up.

Or the East Midlands machines. The EMT ones are where Max indicated on his map (and three more upstairs). The FCC ones are next to the FCC info point, which you'll see as you come up the arcade from Eurostar.
