Has the FGW Sleeper ever been routed from Reading to Exeter St David's via Basingstoke if the Berks & Hants & Swindon are shut?

Has the FGW Sleeper ever been routed from Reading to Exeter St David's via Basingstoke if the Berks & Hants & Swindon are shut?

Not that I'm aware of, it would cause route knowledge issues! on a Sunday it goes via Yeovil and Melksham.

Yes I've been on it via Weston then Bristol, Bath and Newbury.

I used to use the FGW beds alot when I did all-lines in the early to mid noughties. Think I managed to cover all the possible routes between Reading & Taunton.

It was a bugger trying to work out the mileage.
