FGW job application

Hi

I have applied for the customer Sales advisor job with FGW, closing date was 31/8. My status still says Awaiting shortlisting. Is it normal to take this long. Or should I start looking at other jobs?

Give them time mate, it only closed for applications 8 days ago.
