FGW HST Unreserved Coach

Hi, On Friday I will be travelling on the 09:00am London Paddington to Bristol Temple Meads, and the 14:30pm back to Paddington, can anyone tell me what coach on the FGW hst's are unreserved?

Yes you will need coach E. If you're interested in the TV service they provide then try coach D, it was free when I went to Plymouth in the summer!

Volo TV is now free until the end of the franchise (which at the moment, is indefinite until the DfT's franchise situation is sorted out - was due to be 20th July 2013).

Thanks for your replies . much at 07:57am then tube to Paddington from Euston Square so hoping to get there for 08:30am and get a seat in Coach E

Coach F is also unreserved. On roughly half the sets F is First Class with a full buffet and on the others it is Standard Class with a micro-buffet. The London-Bristol route sees more of the micro-buffets than other routes so you may well have two unreserved Standard Class carriages.

You won't have any trouble getting a seat on either of those trains so I'd not worry unduly about turning up early as trains to Bristol are plentiful. Worth bringing some headphones if you fancy watching TV, it's nice to have it for free!
