There are some old ones, although these of course, no use. Its difficult to predict anyway as there is a fleet of Low Density and High Density sets which don't exactly stick to their diagrams.

All trains will have these table seats in carriages A,B,C,D:
25 26 29 30 - One Table
55 56 59 60 - One Table
Services to Swansea,Plymouth, Penzance and Hereford (Low Density Trains) usually have these extra tables and also have the ones above.
27 28 31 32 - One Table
53 54 57 58 - One Table
And Services to Swansea, Plymouth, Penzance and Hereford should also have these tables in Carriage E:
51 52 55 56 - One Table
33 34 37 38 - One Table
35 36 39 40 - One Table

If you booked a journey for one person, thats normal. Besides, you are far more likely to get a better view/legroom on an airline seat! The Tables are tiny really.

I booked it for 2 people. Actually we have got a table! I didnt look properley.
Are 56 & 60 opposite in Coach B?
Is it likely that on the 1430 Bristol - London on 21/03 will have the other 2 seats on a table booked?

Should be plenty of room, although it depends when you travel.

56 and 60 are indeed opposite each other.

Best way to look at is, Your Bowled what ever because of the Lights! (Company policy to have on Dim anyway but still mega bright!)

More chance of getting airline seat anyway. Best thing to do is just look for no it on the day if you want a table.

The train was packed, so wouldn't have wanted to cause a stir :p

Pffft! Who cares about causing a Stir... Norms wont know any better. Make up some gibber about Half the lights trip out when the set has been running for 3hrs 12min(Really weird time somehow makes them believe it more) to reduce electricity and it happened as ye were returning from the 'office'

Or do what I do just ignore them or have a rant at them if i'm up for it:)

I was on a GNER HST a few years back to Inverness, this man from another coach came up toward our coach, and flipped the door isolation switch and walked back into his own First Class Coach, and people coming from Standard going to the Buffet had to pull the door open. The guard came and flipped the switch to make them automatic :lol:

In all honestly it didn't bother me. Also believe it was one of the lovely T key operated light switches!
