I gather one Mk3 TSO from the Night Riviera has been seen in a new non First Group livery - A livery based on Brown with a cream band and the wording gWr ------------- A FirstGroup company.
Are you sure about that? There don't appear to be any pics of that to see on Flickr.

GWR branding is for premium products only ie first class and the sleeper

Including the colour scheme? Because Paignton and Teignmouth are now looking fancy in green, cream and red, with nary a sign of First Blue in sight.

Not sure anyone could class Paignton as a premium destination ;)

If you can't see the photo how can you tell? The consensus among those who have suggests otherwise, it certainly looks real to me including the less-than-ideal lighting, and it fits with the new interiors being rolled out.

If its the pictures I think they are (sleeper coach) then they are printed in an FGW brochure I was having a nose through today.

Maybe I'll have to do an all-nighter and observe both sleepers going past and that way we'll have our conclusive answer...

Actually, considering my morning meetings tomorrow, maybe not

It shows the vehicle outside the works in Glasgow, and has been seen in the flesh in the same place.

The photograph appears to be a mrk3 TSO in the new livery with a sleeper car wearing tatty INTERCITY swallow livery in the background. At the near end of the coach, a letter B is next to the door (meant to be coach B in the set I'm guessing) and the gWr logo is at the far end of the coach. Not really very clear what colours are used on the new livery as the image quality is poor, but it looks like it might be an inverse of East Coast (dark grey body and light grey doors). It doesn't look like a CGI model, possibly a photoshop though (I'm no expert at telling). The corridor connector appears to be missing for whatever work is/has being/been done.

Am I allowed to save the image and re-upload here for non-members of WNXX?

In that case, its probably the 'new' seated coach that FGW have taken on, they have a 'new' sleeper as well.

Evidently brown is to be the new colour for the franchise decided by the DfT.

Can't see this being popular unless cream is applied above the windows.
