so a big career change for me and i applied for carriage cleaner with shunting responsibilities, after a long wait i finally got a reply for a assessment.
the only thing that is going to let me down is the report after listening to a audio tape, i been a chef since 16 only time i needed to write something is menus and recipes I have never really had to sit at a desk ( a knife is my pen, the food is the paper and the stove is my computer) all i am after is key points i should look out for with out getting to much info that i end up giving me more to write than i need too.
