FGW customer host - interview

HI all.

I have and interview tomorrow for a customer host position with fgw. I am wondering if anyone here has already been to one or knows anything about it for some advice and tips.

Any help is greatly appreciated

No Swansea area. I've done the online assessment. Just wondered if anyone had been months interview to have an idea of the questions etc

You don't need to have spoken to someone who has just taken the interview to know what they're going to ask you.


Why have you applied for ths role?
Tell us what you know about FGW?
Tell us about a time you saw something unsafe and took action to correct it?
Tell us a time when you went above & beyond to help a customer?

And so on...

Obviously I know what a standard interview is, if you read my original post I was asking for advice from someone who had previously been. Just a chance to gain that extra chance at succeeding. Thought people were friendly and helpful here and not condescending...

I didn't read the post as being condescending in the slightest, thelongestroad is trying to help you by telling you some very popular questions that TOCs these days like to ask. Expect to be asked what areas FGW serve (perhaps even a question on first group itself), Give examples with you've given excellent customer service, how did you find out about the role? How did you research for the role etc etc.
