Not too certain for FGW, but I imagine it'll be the usual:
* Strengths, weaknesses
* A time you gave excellent service/went above and beyond
* A place you go to for excellent service, and what is so special
* What could you bring to the role

This is what they emailed me .......
You'll need to allow half a day for the assessment and we'd like you to arrive in good time so we can start promptly.
What can you expect?
We'll ask you to complete a range of tests designed to give us a better idea of your abilities. We will provide a full brief and materials on the day.
So hoping somebody as an idea of the tests etc
