Hi all, could anyone tell me an expected time to wait after a successful telephone interview for an assessment centre attendance notification to come through.
Thanks in advance.

TBH I think it would be difficult to give any standard time, some people seem to whizz through the process while others have considerable gaps between phases.

Thanks for the info, got told that they would tell me if I passed the interview in 3-4 weeks but got an email 5 mins after they ended the call. Just play the waiting game now I guess.

what does yours say exactly? just trying to compare it to mine

This is what the email I received said, did you get the same
We're pleased to let you know that you have successfully passed your recent telephone interview.

Whilst we endeavour to progress everyone who passes their telephone interview to the next stage of the process, this is not always possible when we are dealing with high volumes of applications. On occasions like this and in the interests of fairness, we will only be able to progress those that fall within the top scoring bracket.

We'll be in touch shortly regarding the next steps so please remember to check your emails on a regular basis.

Please note that this pass will remain valid for a period of 6 months from the date the interview took place and will apply to all roles that fall within the same job category.

I also recently recieved the same email. I had my telephone interview on a Monday, and recieved an email inviting me to an assesment centre the following Thursday so took about 10 days. Do you mind me asking what position and location you applied for?

I am going for the Train Movements Controller at Reading. Did you get the same email on the Monday you had the interview and did the invite come through via another email? What positions are you going for?

Yes I got the email about 10 minutes after the phone call ended. The invite was a separate email 10 days after. I believe a colleague of mine is going for that job too!

Mine is for the position of conductor at Fratton.

i think its role specific but usually a chat about the role, then a test, maths or a role specific one.
if you meet the grade average a face to face interview.

Who took the assessment? And how did you get on?

It was at Swindon, a lady called Carla and the other I didn't get her name. They said they will let us know Thursday but I think I did reasonably, fingers crossed

When I had mine last week it was a case of no news was good news, if you didn't hear that day then it was safe to presume you'd not been booted it, it may or may not be the same for you.
