On VT, even on the obviously far bigger Pendolinos, you can be offered Tea/Coffee after every stop, apart from the stop before the customer service team in FC swaps over.
It's still extremely annoying that VT never supply FC Hosts on the Super Voyagers north of Preston though, although this problem is being slightly reduced at the moment, as Super Voyagers are being reformed, with the Shop being correctly placed next to FC, yet still being near enough for SC ticket holders to get to when it's not too busy.
