The fitment of Control Emission Tanks (CETs) to 158 units was conducted in partnership with Network Rail several years ago as part of a national program.

Sadly not. None of the 'West' (Sprinter) fleet at FGW are fitted with tanks, 158s included.
That's me completely wrong then!
For some reason, I thought that only the SWT fleet had them, although I'm probably getting confused between having them retrofitted and built from new.
You can happily ignore my post!
No 158s (or 159s) were built with retention tanks!
The units for the West of England route were built as (standard class only) class 158s and then converted at Rosyth into 159s by fitting the retention tanks and 1st class seats (among other things).
What about the 159/0s? Were they also retrofitted?
