Female American TM on VT

Lately a female TM with a pronounced American accent has appeared on VT services out of Euston. First time I heard her make an announcement just before departure she told us we were on the "Glasgow Flyer" (the 1630 Preston-Glasgow only service. Since then I have heard her a few times and it's quite amusing to hear Americanisms dropped into the announcements. I don't know where she is based. I am waiting to be told we are 'northbound on the railroad."
