Is it possible to get written feedback for structured interviews or is it at the discression of the assesors ?

All companies will offer feedback if requested.
In occasional very rare circumstances they may refuse, but it's unlikely.
My favourite is Arriva Trains Wales who refused feedback and claimed repeatedly that an interview at Chester Training/Simulator centre never took place!!! They will never live that one down.

The feedback can be brief (fifteen words on one line - Southern Rail) and may take some time. That said, I applied for for a position with Virgin Rail and although I was unsuccessful on the assessment the feedback was brilliant.
