Got email today saying thank you for app but position has now been filled. I take it this means I failed the structured interview and its not they have just stopped checking the rest of the candidates and my results haven't been processed. If I have failed is it possible to check what parts of the structured interview I failed?
Yep I agree with A-driver. It sounds like you passed.

When I went through all the assessments and the manager interviews successfully I got told that there were no longer any jobs. They got back to me about five days later to offer me a job. While that probably won't happen to you in these timescales, you will at least be on their database and I would think there is a good chance your application will get progressed at some point. Just not sure when...

So is that the Managers Interview in May? I passed mine back in Feb, but had the reply via email stating 'no vacancies' at the moment, but that I wouldn't be forgotten. Seem to think I have read another post from an applicant who has had the same feedback. Good LUck

They seem to have reduced the number of vacancies as the new diagrams they are trying to push through for may will see most depots loosing drivers. Infact it may even lead to so,e existing drivers at certain depots being moved to other depots to fill vacancies there.

Give it a few months for FCC to work out that these diagrams are a disaster waiting to happen and then they'll be desperate for drivers again!

Had my Final Interview with FCC this month but had a email saying i failed, really gutted but just wanted to know do i have to wait six months to apply for any trainee train driver position or is it just with FCC? I think nerves got the better of me on the day but i hope the experience of it will help me next time round.

As it was the managers interview, its only FCC you have wait for.
Each of the first group franchises are treated as completely different companies.
