FCC only tickets after 14 September

FCC Only tickets are still available online for the 14th of September and onwards. I wonder what will happen when such a ticket is tendered for travel? Indeed, my mother would like to use one on the 14th.

I would imagine they'll be valid on Govia services, which I believe are to be branded as Great Northern and Thameslink.

Southern aren't part of the new franchise yet so FCC only tickets won't be valid on their services (despite being operated by Govia).

In effect nothing changes from a ticketing point of view at this stage.
