FCC class 377's

Do you lot know when the FCC class 377's run from brighton on a friday morning?

The 0816 is mean to be a 377, but I think it is acutally normally a 319.
The 0836 is consistenly a pair of 377s.
After those I don't think there is anything for a few hours.

While on 377s, is the FCC 1622 from Brighton to Bedford Monday to Friday a 319 or a 377?

Also from the same spreadsheet, the train you mentioned is not a 377. 17:03 is the nearest to the time you mentioned.
