brfares shows the above restriction for Super Off Peak tickets from London to Huntingdon

Does it mean that it can only be used on FCC (as opposed to East Coast / Hull Trains / Grand Central using condition 19c)?

Using the National Rail Enquiries journey planner for Huntingdon to Kings X (and back), and asking for an interchange at Stevenage, the £15.30 ticket shows as valid for journeys that involve changing at Stevenage and using East Coast between Stevenage and Kings X.

The ticket is only valid on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. There is something on the FCC website about a special 10% off offer if you book through that site, but I am not sure whether that is already reflected in the £15.30.

These tickets are routed Any Permitted so may be used on the services of any Toc on a permitted route, not just Capital Connect trains. If, say, you wished to combine this with a Huntington to Peterborough season on a non-stop East Coast train from Kings + to Peterborough, then provided you complied with the time restriction then this would be permitted.

£15.30 is the price without the additional discount.

So to be entirely clear, booking on FCC to get the 10% discount doesn't then turn it into a FCC-only ticket? eg the discount doesn't say anything FCC10?

Are East Coast guards likely to challenge splitting at places like Huntingdon (with an inboundary monthly Travelcard)?!

Actually, I see that the 10% off offer expired on 24 November even though it's still advertised on the FCC website. Sorry about that.

Eg travelcard 1-2, Finsbury P to Huntingdon, Huntingdon to peterborough

Does it mean that it can only be used on FCC

It probably means that that was the intention of the person who drafted the restriction code, or perhaps even more likely that the restriction code was created at FCC's request, hence the words "for FCC". But of course actual validity can be different from what was intended, as we've just seen.
