Yeah, it's not very good for lots of tiny files. It is possible to convert the file system from FAT32 to NTFS with a command I cannot remember without it reformatting but you should backup first.
Yes, it can be done in disk manager, and without a complete reformat. In fact I don't think it has to be formatted - you can keep your data. best to back up though.
We are aware of an issue with emails from the Forum to Microsoft-based email accounts (hotmail/outlook/live.com email addresses). This is being looked into currently, thanks for your patience meanwhile.
