My Eurostar to Amesterdam departed St. Pancras 8 minutes late. It arrived in Bruxelles 8 minutes early. Journey time of 1 hour 49 minutes.

IIRC until a few years ago there was a non-stop Eurostar Brussels-London timetabled to take 1h52', so 1h49' sounds reasonable if there's nothing in the way.

If that's the 0816, it is booked 1113 into Brussels. 8 early would have meant a journey in 1h41 arriving 1105.

RTT says EST 9114 left STP at 0824 this morning and Eurostar's app said it arrived at Brussels at 1121 which is 1h57.
