Fast A-Stock services

Hello, I want to get in a run on a fast Metropolitan line service, but having only used two of these by accident rather than specifically aiming for them I don't know the times. Preferably, I would like a fast Amersham service as it's fast to Harrow-on-the-Hill from Wembley Park, and then there is the fast section after Harrow too. If someone could post times of services into London and out of London and whether they start from Aldgate/Moorgate/Baker Street, I would be very grateful. Thanks

Outside of peak hours, there are normally four fast Met trains an hour from Baker Street. Two go to Chesham and two to Amersham. Can't remember the exact times though.

Ahh lovely thank you! Don't worry about the times, if there's four an hour I won't be waiting for long. Just to make sure, these are Fast services and not Semi-Fast right?

Unlike most 'tube' lines, the Met to Amersham/Chesham has a proper timetable booklet, as it only runs 2 tph at the extremities:

There are some that run non stop from Harrow on the Hill to Baker Street, but in the other direction every attempt I have made has stopped at Wembley Park regardless of whether this was indicated at Baker Street or not.
