It's still valid on XC, regardless of the fact they do not usually operate between Donny and Wakefield.

It's not in any way a TOC specific ticket, there are no TOC specific fares on this route.

9M99 does on a weekday. Some do on a Saturday and Sunday also.

The ticket would also be valid on EMT who run between Doncaster and Leeds also.

Not for most of the day, but they do run that way. More so at weekends when it's more like a crammed-full railcruise taking every longest way round possible it seems.

Cheers for that - never knew! Always assumed it was just a 50/50 split as to whether they go via Leeds or Doncaster to/from York.
