DMI. Simply because there’s usually only couple of vacancies but you usually get a few passing the MMI. So you can have several passing the MMI but there’s only say 2 jobs available. So more will fail the DMI.Hey Guys
From experience and this forum, do more people fail on the MMI or DMI?

As above, I'd say more people fail the DMI; with the MMI you are only competing against yourself to meet a standard requirement, whereas with the DMI you are competing against the other applicants in terms of who the company want to take on which could vary massively.

DMI is harder because you're competing against like a dozen people so have to be the best of the best.
I passed one DMI and failed another. But how hard a DMI is, is also down to the type of people the interviewers are.

Not strictly true. If there are only 2 jobs available, the top 2 candidates will get them. That doesn’t mean the others failed the DMI, it just means they didn’t pass as well as the top 2 candidates. You can get a ‘successful’ result on the DMI but your score might not be high enough to put you in the qualifying positions.
The way I see it and explain it is the MMI is part of the psychometric testing if you have the personality traits and can relate experience to meet the evidence requirements to prove those traits you pass. So potentially everyone who takes the psychometrics tests that day could leave with a pass. The DMI is just a job interview it is there to select the best person the company sees fit for the job as others have said the DMI is you against everyone else for the job if there is 1 position and 10 candidates 9 are going to fail where as all 10 could pass the MMI and go to the next stage
