I guess this was the reason the 0940(?) off Penzance arrived in New St 1h30 late, losing 1h16 between BTM and Cheltenham

A failed freight here was causing big delays for some services at Bristol Parkway, where I was today. Anyone know what it was?

Wasn't this 60010 on a light engine move to ADJ?! Considering it's pretty fresh off exam at Toytown, that's a bit of an own goal given the epic delay minutes it caused to XC services!

Was indeed 60010, failed near Stapleton Road. Two XC services and one FGW service were diverted via Swindon and the Golden Valley.

Yep they did indeed go down the GV. I was horified seing a vomiter approaching stroud, even if the usual units are just as awful in the shape of 150/2 rust buckets!
