Hiya, ive just recently got the sorry email from fcc for the brighton depot, i know i passed all my tests up to the criteria based interview, am i not suppossed to get feed back on what question i failed on ie i didnt think she liked my answer re being on a course for 2 weeks or longer so would i not get any feed back as to what i failed on so if this was the case i could go out and do a course within the next 6 months while i wait to re-apply or do i just have to guess???

If your answer isn't strong enough they usually give you a hint by asking if you have another example. Did she ask you to provide another example for your training course longer than 2 weeks?
yeah as she said she didnt know anything about computers as it was a computer course i took, so maybe if i use the same example try and think of a way to make it easier to understand i guess or take another course...
Did you explain how long the course was and what was involved in the course using clear concise facts? I don't think the interviewers are concerned with the exact content just what's relevant to show you could cope with the length of the trainee drivers course and the amount of info that would be given to you to learn.

The question determines whether a candidate is suitable to sit a 6 week classroom based course and that is the only reason the question is asked. If you answer convinces the panel you can sit a six week course in a classroom then they will accept it as a good answer. All questions in the CBI have a purpose to see whether you are a top candidate for the position, if you decipher the reasons for the questions asked then you can build your answers on this basis. Anyone want any guidance PM me. However I will only give guidance and not answers obviously.
