From other reports on the forum, train operators are accepting Delay Repay claims currently with a screenshot of your bank statement showing a charge from TfL for travel on the relevant day.

Noted that Alexandra Palace was indeed skip-stopped. When was this announced / not announced? Also, what was the reasoning for a taxi only being provided from Stevenage to Alexandra Palace rather than to New Southgate? The taxi mileage has to be about the same!

Driver got on pa around the Hertford north to apologise and say taxi will be waiting to take us back to Alexandra P. something to do with Alexandra p not being a usual stop still its very poor from a driver.
I did say at Stevenage I am going to new Southgate but ended up at Alexandra P.
Tbf the taxis and staff already where waiting at Stevenage and we where back on our way within 10 min.
