Failed MMI GTR

Just had MMI. quite relaxed but haven't got a clue how I've done. Fingers crossed

Oh OK bud I'm waiting for my result for mmi and I'm sure I said we a few times but the assessor never asked me anything or gave any clue that I might of done wrong was that your first life mate

Don't worry, you'll be OK. One most of times knows when he/she has messed up. I knew it.

Nothing to worry about the SJT. It's just an indication for the interviewer, as far as I know. I doesn't count towards the outcome.

Yes the sjt isn't a pass or fail but is combined with the mmi but thanks for the support are you going again if so hope you smash it mate

Yes, I'll definitely have another bash, the final one, if the opportunity presents itself.

I wonder how these people got on this thread got on with their second MMIs? I failed my MMI last with with Southwestern, but they won't provide me with any feedback? is this a new policy as i've read so much on here about people getting advice. Guess all I can do is try and think back to what didn't feel right and try again. I did email again after for feedback to be told again they won't tell me. Hope I haven't "marked my cards too" !

They usually give MMI feedback, albeit quite vague. Seems strange to me, and as far as I’m aware it’s more of a right than a TOC specific policy? Same with all interviews, not just MMIs.

They are quite vague. The most they told me was confirming what question it was but not the reason why. Hope this helps.

They usually give MMI feedback, albeit quite vague. Seems strange to me, and as far as I’m aware it’s more of a right than a TOC specific policy? Same with all interviews, not just MMIs.

It’s usually the OPC that give feedback on MMI not the TOC was my understanding

SWR don’t use OPC for their assesments....or never used to.

The MMI is part of the assesment process, but SWR do the assesments themselves, rather than use the OPC to conduct them. I guess the papers may be OPC as a national sort of standard, but their own recruitment team are responsible for conducting the process.

So if you get though the process and fail at the last stage. in my case MMI, not only do you have to re-apply in six months, but you have to take the initial online test... if you fail that you have to wait another six months despite getting to the final stage less than a year ago! I'm thinking a career in the International Space Station is more realistic!

Hi mate do you know what the online tests involve? Is this with GTR? I'm due to complete some in a few weeks and any heads up on what type of tests they are would be amazing. Thank you

Mine was with SWR - questions like - If you're colleague is off ill after mental stress and wants to return to work because he is bored at home, what do you do? A. tell him to get better, B. Tell his manager, C do nothing

This is true, but only applies if applying to the same TOC again. If you go to another company, the only requirement is that you wait 6-months between psychometric tests (and the VSE if said TOC uses this...SWR don’t).
