When taking the SI for the 2nd time (after failing the 1st time) am I right in assuming that if you repeat any answers word for word that you gave at the 1st interview which passed the corresponding criteria, you are bound to pass those Criteria again ?(or at least should if the Interview is as structured and standardised as it should be). You would in essence, only need to improve/change your answers that were judged not good enough at the 1st SI. In practice this may mean only having to change one answer the second time around.
Yes that will always work if the SI is as standardised as it is meant to be, unfortunately I do not think it is. But I just repeated my answers for the questions I did OK in the 2nd time, I don't think I did it word for word as I'm not a robot, but I just made the same points as the 1st time.
I only changed my answer for one question majorly the second time around.
Again I am talking about the SI at the Assessment Center here, not the Interview with the Driver managers, just to make it clear.
