On the wiki page its now saying some Class 450's were built in Austria and for some reason Bournemouth and the Class 350 being built in Czechia in the old CKD Tatra factory. I am doubting this as the Class 350 and 450's are built in Germany. That is what was said originally. The notes lead to a magazine page I cannot view. As for the Bournemouth 450's they were modified, not built.

Vienna I believe is correct for some units. Bournemouth is definitely wrong and I’m 99% sure Praha is wrong too.

If you read the [note 3] against the Bournemouth entry it says “Limited number modified to 450/5”. Which is not a build, but a modification. Wikidribble is never to be trusted without corroborating evidence, IMHO.

I’ve read it but it’s still meaningless. That’d be like saying 143s were ‘built at’ Heaton because they were renumbered there. Somewhere mods were carried out does not count as somewhere the train was built at and should not be listed as such.

I've gone ahead and removed that nonsense about the Class 450s being built in Bournemouth.
