Face to face testing with TFL

hi

i have been applying for the transport for london operational apprenticship and they want me to go up to london on monday for face-to-face testing and according to the email i will be doing a verbal and numerical reasoning test. Is this like a sit down test with a test paper and that or is it one where you talk to people? or something different
