Extra services to Bracknell - 15th October

Does anyone know why there are extra semi-fast Waterloo to Bracknell services running today? Is it a temporary measure or (thinking optimistically!) a trial for a possible increase in frequency?

Racing at Ascot.

The extra services are diverted from Staines instead of going to Windsor, with half the Weybridge services diverted to Windsor to compensate. Therefore only hourly trains on the Windsor and Weybridge routes for a few parts of the day today.
