Extentions to bluebell & spa valley

HALLO,

I May be in Kent & Sussex next June 2011 for a week or so, does anyone know if the extentions to the main line at East Grinstead & Eridge for the Bluebell & Spa Vaelly Railways will be opened and up and running by then, they have been along time coming and seem to be almost there.

The Spa Valley Railway are expecting to open their extension to Eridge in 2011. There is an announcement expected in the New Year advertising the opening date for later in the year (maybe Spring or Summer !).
The Bluebell Railway whilst they have opened about half mile of track from their new East Grinstead station it will be 2 or 3 years before the line is completed between Kingscote and East Grinstead. There is still about 100 yards of the DEEP infilled cutting to excavate which work is not planned to recommence until Spring 2011 subject to finance.
