Experiences working at Allerton depot?

Does anyone know what it is like to work for Northern Rail at Allerton?
I know the depot is new but just wondering what the T&C's are like.

Yes it's ok you know I worked there 2 years and fort it was great nice staff there and you get looked after the mess room is fitted with all mod cons
