Hello,
I have accidentally bought a paper 16-18 Saveaway today and was wondering if they can be excessed to a 19+ Saveaway? Can you do it at Liverpool Central

No, you can't excess a Saveaway and as it's under £10 no refund either. Sorry.

If you only just bought it the booking office at the station you bought it at may be able to non issue it, but only within an hour or so of purchase.
