Correct there's no official timetable change but it doesn't stop there being changes. The leaf fall timetable isn't part of an official change but it doesn't stop services arriving or departing a few minutes later. It also doesn't stop a service being added in for part of the timetable period, as has been done with some services to seaside towns during the summer. However, it does prevent wholesale changes in Summer 2012.
