What is going on with these? Not only are they gong around with a blank purple livery (NX have only had the franchise for six years now) for about 18 months with marks from their old FGE livery and the odd random white stripe, but now they've started to rip seats out and replace them with different ones on some coaches that look cheap to say the least, and on some trains they've changed the seat fabric so it's a complete miss match of seats next to each other with seemingly random, badly trimmed designs.
The fleet maintenance and internal conditions of these relatively new trains have deteriorated rapidly in the last few years with little or no care being shown in them, the 321's are not in much better nic, the promised refurbishment has been basic to say the last on the few vehicles it's been done on.
