I have not been on the Cotswold Line for a few years and was wondering which stocks work the above service nowadays? I will be there in a couple of weeks time.

HSTs, 180s and turbos. If it stops at Shipton southbound, it's very unlikley to be a turbo as it'd need to be a 2-car one.
If the timetable shows wi-fi, expect a 180 and a HST if it has a blue circle with a 'H' in it.

None of this is definite as failures elsewhere may cause replacements, but you'll get what you'll expect 90-95% of the time.

In the end I used 180s in both directions, I noticed how hot it was in the vestibules. A couple of observations, firstly the Pershore section is still single and there were delays caused by this. Secondly, I remember reading a while ago that there was an HST power car parked up at Shrub Hill. I don't know if it was the same vehicle but one was there when I passed through on the 19th. Presumably it is out of service with a fault and waiting to be collected.

Worcester must be quite unique in FGW land at seeing the majority of the classes on FGW diesel fleet (165s/166s/180s/HST from the Oxford direction, 150s/153s/158s).
