Everton season ticket holders??

Hello all,

Firstly, sorry moderators if I posted in the wrong area, please move accordingly of need be!.

Are there any current Everton FC season ticket holders in this forum?. I know it's a long shot but you never know unless you try!.

If you are could you please just take the time to PM and I will respond ASAP as I have a favour to ask (no I don't want Wembley tickets!!)

Yes Mr. Darlo you are spot on!!.

£100 paid to be a "gold" foxes member at ther start of season and although the only guarantee is 5% off club merchandise, we were all told that getting a home ticket shouldn't be a problem..... that was before we went on this unbelievable run!.

Tried getting a ticket on the day but couldn't get through on the phones due to demand and we had sold out after just 90 minutes.

Now the BBC reporting people (So called Leicester Fans!) trying to sell their ticket on external websites for upwards of £15,000!!!

Once again, fans missing out because individuals want to cash in!.

But im hoping some really wonderful Everton fan will decide that a trip Leicester isn't all that appealing, especially as Wembley beckons! and would like to buy a ticket on my behalf (Which of course I will fully re-imburse immediately!)

I'll behave... promise!!!!

That doesn't surprise me. Before the government stepped in down here AFL Grand Final tickets were being sold for thousands. These days the GF is a "Declared event" If you want to sell your ticket you can only sell it for face value and nothing else.

Ideally it would be illegal to attempt to sell pre-bought tickets for ANY event for a profit, but enforcing such a rule would probably not be seen as a good use of the police service or court time.

Bit of a risk getting a ticket in the away section.

If Leicester get an early, potentially title-winning goal, it would take superhuman resolve not to instinctively jump to your feet and cheer. If you do, you'll most likely find yourself being escorted from the ground.

And it could go the other way, Everton could throw a massive spanner in the works and send the title to North London. Then you'd have to pretend to celebrate and even join in with the mocking of your fellow Foxes fans just to maintain your cover.

Not to mention all the bother of growing a moustache and getting a perm so that you can convince everyone you're a Scouser!

At least with us it's enforced by the AFL or the ticket agency cancelling tickets.
A $4,500 dollar fine applies as well.

Chesterfield cancelled Sheffield Utd ticket holders who they could identify had bought in the home ends for the game last season. Just done electronically, no refund.

I can remember when Leeds played Bristol the last game of the season at Elland Road a few years back, Leeds needed a win to get promoted. Bristol took the lead in the first half, and a quick glance over to the away end and half the stand appeared to be stood still with their arms by their sides not celebrating the goal. These were the Leeds fans who managed to navigate their way past the police on the away turnstiles asking fans entering the stand either where do Bristol play or the name of their goal keeper in an attempt to weed out home fans going in the away end.
