My map shows Stratford in both zones 2 and 3. I want to travel from Euston on a Friday off peak, back the following day, happy to walk to St P if there's a saving.

I have a senior railcard.

So what's the more economic method please? Tap in @ Euston and change at St P on to the train, walk to St P and tap in there, or buy a rail return from St P to cover both days?

So far I've worked out a return rail ticket from StP is £10.70, but the tap-in might be cheaper?

Thanks!!

The contactless/Oyster fare by Tube is £2.80:each way.
The contactless/Oyster fare to Stratford International on National Rail is £4 each way - faster but less frequent.

Great, so a decent saving by tube, presumably I can tap in at Euston or Euston Square and change at Liverpool St?
Can I use the Liz Line or dies it have to be tube?

St Pancras International to Stratford International is charged separately and isn't included in any daily caps. You'd have to pay separately to travel from Euston to St Pancras (although it's faster to walk in most situations)

Elizabeth Line is fine. Take the Northern Line to Tottenham Court Road and change there. Alternatively Euston Square to Farringdon and change there.

Thanks, I'll do the latter from Euston Sq.
