10:30 tends to be 9-car
11:30 usually 11-car, although recently allocations seem to be very inconsistent over the last few weeks. I've noticed even more 9-cars on London to Scotland services over the last few weeks. Even 14:30/19:30 last week were 9-cars a few times.
