Eurotunnel reliability

Is it just me or does it seem as if Eurotunnel is starting to have more and more serious reliability problems?
Recently there have been a number of times that trains have been under single line working for one reason or another. As heard on Radio travel news.
Signalling, Train breakdowns and like today OHLE down.

Is it time for a major refit to the system?
How old is the equipment and stock?

I wouldn't say we've had more problems just that the problems have been a lot more reported on and potentially exaggerated (see below). I believe most problems have been related to the infrastructure and not the rolling stock, so it could be either maintenance not being done correctly, or not being done at all. Who maintains the Eurotunnel? Is it the French or UK? I know we've seen a lot more problems with OHLE on the French side, whereas the UK side tends to only stop because of 'snow on the lines'.

I've been caught up in a Eurostar delay before where the tunnel had been closed on the French side and when I got back to St Pancras the station was pretty empty with the exception of certain parts which were busy. I did notice there was a TV crew there and then a few hours later on the BBC there was an article claiming people were all over St Pancras. In reality, those people were just outside the Eurostar departures section and weren't 'all over St Pancras'.
